  • Step by step guidance for each exercise through video tutorials and photo instruction sheets

a group chat with other challenge participants for accountability (just typing “DONE” genuinely works!)

  • The option to message me directly if you need help a tracker to keep you motivated

 

By the end of the 30 days, you’ll have built strength and confidence in these key bodyweight exercises: squats bridges planks press-ups & proven to yourself that you can get fitter, be stronger and feel better!
